Erl

I have alot in common with most bums(well, just being homeless)so I feel right at home making confersation.
This guy was shaking a cup with change, in order to draw pitty. I usually have sympathy for the homeless but there is a differense between a bum and a homeless person. A homeless person is simply one with no home or haven, and a bum is a lazy or shiftless person, especially one who seeks to live solely by the support of others.
I chated with Erl for a while one day trying to get some wild story out of him. I sat and brain stormed a way or a gimmick for erl to bring in more cash. While doing this I found out that Erl has a home payed for and also free food through government services. He told me that with the money he makes by begging he buys dvd's. Erl, I would call a bum, and I would call myself homeless.
